A little about us, we’re two outgoing, food loving gamers that met back in 2014. We named our company SnowChi after both of our pets passed away, four days apart from each other, back in June of 2021. We officially opened our business on October of 2023 and now we have an official location where we park our trailer to sell delicious Peruvian food! Our location is at 1990 NJ-88, Brick Township, NJ 08724. We’re typically opened Tuesday - Saturdays from 11am-3pm but it may change due to weather or holiday so make sure you check out our website or social media accounts for more info!
Here at SnowChi, we keep the traditional Peruvian flavors while still adding our personal twist to certain dishes, desserts and drinks. We pride ourselves in preparing every meal with care, love & passion. Peru’s culinary history goes back to the Incas with our maize, chilies, quinoa, spices and our large variety of potatoes. With time, we were influenced by the different cuisines the immigrants from Europe, Asia, and Africa brought to Peru inspiring us to incorporate that into our cuisine. Peru is the country of combinations and it’s our way of honoring the different types of cultures. This makes Peruvian cuisine one of the best cuisines in the world.
