If you are even thinking of a destination wedding, I highly recommend you work with Mindi Phillips! She is extremely knowledgeable and genuine and so easy to talk to! The whole time I felt like she was a good friend who understood me. She is quick to respond to emails and when my fiancé and I had an opening in our schedules and wanted to tour venues in Cancun literally the next week she was proactive in booking us a room and scheduling tours with multiple wedding coordinators and hotels that fit our criteria. Beloved Getaways turned my honeymoon experience into pure perfection. Mindi planned a great itinerary that exceeded all expectations. She took what I told her and improved on that immensely. Our honeymoon was better than we thought it could be. We stayed in beautiful hotels in good locations. She stuck to our budget, and indicated that there was flexibility in the planning. Mindi was extremely professional and always accessible for us as we were planning our destination wedding! My husband and I had the idea to go to Disney World, and a Sandals resort for our honeymoon! Mindi helped us plan every detail, and without her it would not have come together so perfectly! She planned everything from our flights, transportation, hotel accommodations, and even a guide on what to pack! Mindi is a great resource when planning a honeymoon during covid times. We had a rather complicated trip because of the covid testing time frame that was required when leaving the country. She arranged all of our testing, and it was a very easy process. Mindi consistently checked on us throughout the entire process, and made this trip perfect! She plans every detail of the trip, and takes care of minor details that most people would forget about. Beloved Getaways was the best decision we made in planning our destination wedding to the Bahamas!! Mindi took such good care of us and our guests. From setting travel arrangements & accommodations to making sure everyone had their travel documents and itinerary, Mindi helped everyone get the biggest bang for their buck and take all the stress out of planning an international trip; things could not have gone more smoothly! She was a fantastic liaison for us with the resort; she helped us plan the ceremony, etc..., and even helped us organize an amazing off-property excursion for our whole wedding party the next day.
