Victoria was incredibly kind and patient and helped us plan the perfect surprise Bridal Shower. My sister was extremely surprised and it turned out beautifully. Everything was awesome from the Sterling Ballroom. Everyone raved about the food and the service was fantastic. There is not one negative thing to say about the venue. We had such a wonderful experience. They made everything such a breeze and not to mention the venue is beautiful. We were apprehensive because it is a hotel, but we were blown away upon our first visit. The Sterling Ballroom comes highly recommended.

Victoria, who planned and coordinated our wedding, is the best. She makes everything easy while letting you personalize the day to make it your own. Choosing a location that allowed for an outdoor ceremony and separate cocktail hour and reception rooms, all while connected to the hotel made the day hassle free. We would highly recommend the Sterling Ballroom to anyone planning a wedding!

Victoria and her staff were so accommodating and professional. If you had a question they were always there to answer right away whether it was via email or phone call! The food was also outstanding here which is very hard when serving almost 200 people. We had opted for the Platinum Package which had an awesome cocktail hour as well!
